A Wonderful Stay
Villa Blanca Pajaro had all the amenities of home including luxury towels, bedding and throws. It was a very comfortable stay in a great area within walking distance to campus, Flora’s Market, Borderlands Brew Pub and so much more. I will be back again.

Beautiful place!
We had a wonderful visit. This place is gorgeous, comfortable indoors and out, and perfectly situated. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen had all the appliances one could need, the patio was perfect for cool mornings and evenings, the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved our stay at this place! Lots of little touches that made us feel welcome. Despite being on 6th there was no road noise. Covered parking too. Thank you!

This house was perfect for our trip to Tucson. Impeccably clean and artfully decorated- this adorable 1.5 bedroom home was conveniently located 2 blocks from University of Arizona. Erika provided a wonderful welcome gift basket for us and information about the local eateries, sights etc. The personal touches throughout the house made our journey to drop our oldest off at college an easy and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit our son. I highly recommend this gem of a home!

Fantastic
First time visiting Tucson. Erica's place was the perfect spot for us. It's in this wonderful neighborhood of older homes. Pictures of house are accurate, there was everything we needed to cook in if we wanted. A fenced yard for our dog. The only downside was we had to leave, hopefully next year we will be back and be able to stay longer! Thanks for your hospitality!

Great rental in central Tucson
When my husband and I found out that there were over 130 miles of dedicated bike lanes in Tucson we knew we wanted to visit. While this house isn't close to the "loop" as it is called, it was nice and central to a lot of things and pretty much in the middle of all our chosen destinations. What I couldn't tell when I booked was it was on a busy street. It turns out that the windows are pretty sound proof and it was fairly chilly when we visited--so we didn't hear too much noise inside (the bedroom thankfully is in the back) and we didn't sit outside. If a person wanted a quiet outdoor experience I don't think this would be it. But like I said, it was mostly quiet for sleeping. It is also a duplex building although we heard very little noise from our neighbors. On the positive side, Erica the property manager was very responsive so that is always good, and the property itself is very well supplied. Nice furniture in the living/dining/bedroom including a very comfortable bed. There is practically every appliance under the sun in the kitchen with a full size fridge and a full size stove. Both worked great. Unfortunately no dishwasher though. Internet worked great. Off street parking was good and good and secure place to put our bikes at night on the back porch. The bathroom was very small but it worked. :-) All in all we thought it was a good stay and would probably stay again.

Such a cute place
