This is an estate home sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is private, with no through traffic, and has BIG mountain and views from the home's upper patios. The property has a separate large guesthouse (3 BR | 2 BA) that can also be rented with this home if you have a large family or multiple families traveling together.

Note: The hot tub is heated at no additional charge. Heating the pool is an optional extra-fee amenity. The daily fee for heating the pool is $80. Please let us know if you want the pool heated during your stay, and we will ensure it's ready upon your arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Tucson Mountain Home
The house was very clean, in a beautiful location and top notch across the board. We enjoyed the spacious layout and high end decor. The home had everything a guest could want or need to make their stay comfortable. Ours was an excellent experience and when we travel to Tucson again I hope this property is still listed. I can definitely say that this home deserves five stars and more.
