When using the tv, the guide was all mixed up. You got the movie and it was news, you hit a show and it was mtv. Nothing was what it was supposed to be. Put soda in the refrigerator and they froze. Two of them exploded. Everything i left the room, i had to get new keys because they wouldn't work. The hosts was friendly enough but just laid it off. A lot of frustration all around.

Our stay was for only 2 nights 3 days but the hotel was nice nothing was wrong with our room, check in was smoothly as well with everything else.

Front desk didn't acknowledge us when we came in. There was another guest in front of us, but at least we could have been welcomed with "I'll be right with you" but was not. Also stopped the checkin process several times to chat with other staff members. Bathroom had used towels hanging on racks. Would not visit again.

Very nice and very clean property. They really need to update the microwaves in the rooms. So old they do not even turn the food. I would not use it.

Apparently the policy (unknown to the customers) is that the room is cleaned every third day. When asked to clean the room daily the staff did not comply. The room was not done for three days. I had to pick up clean towels myself. Not good.

Good hotel for our hiking trip to visit Tuscan. Convenient and safe. BR could have been cleaner, otherwise room was great. ( popcorn piece under BR counter and hair in tub) room updated, shower tub not update and non slip film in tub peeling up. Desk staff great. Server gentleman who did breakfast on 2/8!friendly and helpful. Loved the steamed fresh eggs.

The room was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. This is a very large property with several entrances and exits make sure you know the most convenient path to your room. The breakfast was limited but the morning staff were friendly and helpful.

we had a very lovely stay. I did not leave a 5 star because i found the breakfast to be less enjoyable that what I had hoped. In fact we ended up going to the hotel next door for breakfast which had many more options. The staff is wonderful, these was the highlight of our stay, so accommodating. We will be back next year.
