We live staying here. Clean rooms, in a safe and quiet area. Lots of amenities (tennis, pickle ball, volleyball court, etc. plenty of meeting rooms). Staff is friendly, caring and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I received an email asking if I wanted to add upgrades so I added an amenities package and requested it be there when we checked in. It was not there. I asked at the desk afterward and they said to check the fridge. I went back and checked and it was not there. I called the desk to let them know and it showed up 2 hours later. Pathetic service and they didn’t seem to know whether it had been sent or not. Our room was outdated but fine, although it hadn’t been vacuumed since there were sunflower seeds in the corners of the room when we arrived. Overall, it’s a decent place but felt like it was a few years from closing down

The check in was extremely fast and easy. The land is manicured to appear very natural and inviting. The rooms are spacious well lit and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, cozy and clean. Didn’t find one thing wrong with it. Haven’t tried the restaurant but will in the morning. I can’t imagine being disappointed. Would recommend for any reason or just for a night to relax!

We encountered an issue our first night ever staying here. We had 2 hungry kids and ordered room service. We were told that it would be 40 minutes before we got it. We accepted that and after about 45 minutes called again and was told ohh I estimated the time wrong it will be another 15 min. Not very happy we decided to wait. Then 5 min later got a call back stating our order never got put in. Upset and very frustrated we asked to speak to the manager who was absolutely amazing, and stated he would have it right to the room and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to comp our meal. Once the order got there we were missing one and a dessert wasnt correct so we called back and he again rushed it right over and added in an additional dessert. Mario the food and beverage manager went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and happy with our stay. It was our anniversary the next day and we dined in at the restuarant and they brought is some champagne to celebrate. Overall, highly reccomend staying here. Most of the staff is very polite and accomadating. The room was clean and spacious with amazing views all over the property. We are from Tucson and had never stayed here but will definitely be back.
