"It seems that the elevators have issues often, as I've been there a few times when only one or two of the three elevators were working, this time only one was working. It was a busy weekend with one working elevator. The sofa sleeper in the living area had a note under the cushion saying not to open because it was broken. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout-out to the morning Starbucks barista for being the friendliest face to start the day."

"Breakfast was good value and so good! The male server at the buffet was kind and professional. However, front staff for check-in was not super helpful. She forgot to mention our breakfast options and even vague info when being asked later. Good location! Overall, I am happy with the stay! "

"This is the second time we have stayed at the element in SeaTac. The hotel is very clean, bright, and luxurious, looking while still being comfortable. However, this time the breakfast, which last till 10 and was pretty much gone by 9:30 and no one was restocking it. Also, we were given a handicap room which we did not request, and the shower was very uncomfortable. Water got all over the ground, and it was impossible to shave my legs in the confined space with the stool built into the wall. "
