"The hotel is in a good location. Near the central train station. Just around the corner to the metro and local trains. Walking distance to sights, shopping and restaurants. The largest breakfast spread that I have encountered with good food. Dedicated staff. I was leaving my room and the door squeaked as I opened it. A staff member who was walking by heard that and immediately took care of the squeak. Now that is great customer service. "

The hotel does offer a lot of up-sells, eg, higher-floors, balcony rooms, etc. If they offered an upsell for sunlight, I'd go for it. Definitely ask for a room facing the front or a very high floor, otherwise its a dungeon. The lighting is very "artsy" in the bedroom and the hallways. It's a dark hotel. "Great location, incredibly central, however there are loud trucks that pass by on certain days super early in the morning. Bathroom could use some shelves for toiletries. Water splashed basically everywhere all the time while showering. The room we got was a surprise in how small it was, but for two people it worked ok! Can’t beat the location and how close it is to the palace, cathedral, museum island, and shopping areas. We walked everywhere!"
