1938 Beautifully Renovated Cozy Midtown Charmer Close to Fairgrounds/Rt 66

Katie’s Kottage #1
1938 totally renovated midtown duplex, just 2 blocks from Historic Route 66. If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo Fairgrounds, the University of Tulsa, or the BOK Center downtown, this vintage charmer is the place for you to make yourself at home. It is the perfect setting for a couple, or a small family, or a ladies trip, business travelers, or fairgrounds exhibitors.

The floor plan for this side of the duplex allows for a shared living, dining (at the large island), kitchen area. There is a private bedroom/ensuite bath on each side of the common living area. There are queen beds in each bedroom. Both ensuite complete baths are fully stocked. The open kitchen has all new appliances and a large, retro diner looking island that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen is also fully stocked, as is the separate laundry room. A Smart TV in the common area provides access to all your streaming services. You have access to the free, high speed Cox WiFi, as well. The Kottage is decorated with many unique collectible treasures and local art.

There is a long driveway to accommodate more than one car. The keyless code panel on the front door allows your check-in to be as quick and effortless as entering your own home.

We are just a couple of blocks to a great local diner, Braden Park, and antique stores.
We are located just a mile from I-244, which will take you downtown in 5-8 minutes. There you will find the Tulsa Theater, Cain’s Ballroom, the Blue Dome, Driller Stadium, and the BOK Center. This historic, artistic area boasts many fine restaurants, art galleries, live music venues, and nightlife destinations. Just a couple of minutes from us, you will find the Pearl District, Cheery Street, and the brand new Mother Road Market. We are very close to two major hospitals: Hillcrest and St. Johns, with Utica Square shopping center just across the street from St. John's. Elegant dining and shopping venues are available at Utica Square and Cherry Street and Brookside.

There is another side of the duplex (Katie's Kottage #2) for rent as well, with a totally different decoration scheme. This side of the duplex is approx. 850 sq ft and the #2 side is approx. 750 square feet.

Very "Kool" Kottage!
Such a cute little cottage! Just the right size for traveling with a good friend; we each had our own space, with the common kitchen/living area in between. LOVE the decor! Very unique and clever.. The owner is FABULOUS to work with, too! The location is on a very busy street, so can be a bit noisy with traffic at times, but nothing horrible. We were in town for Tulsa State Fair, so location was absolutely perfect.

Exceeded My Expectations
The accommodations were perfect for our needs for three adults attending an event at the Expo Center. The location was just minutes away. The two bedroom two bath property was fully stocked with everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The owner provided complete information regarding checking in and out and was quick in responding to any inquires. Perfect space and close to everything.
Easy to message. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Only issue I encountered was and it wasn't a big problem but the shower had zero pressure. ( I have long curly hair) But everything else was great.

Excellent time in Tulsa
We were lucky enough to stay at the Kottage on our Tulsa trip for a concert at Cains Ballroom. The location affords excellent access to an easy interstate cruise of about 5 minutes into the heart of downtown. The Kottage has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The decoration of the Kottage is classic Route 66. Especially nice was how close it was to Tallys Diner- which is a must. We hope to find the Kottage available whenever we are in Tulsa. Thanks again to Katie.

This is a great spot!

Like Grandma’s house but better
