Stains on carpet and chair made it feel dirty in the room though there was no obvious dirt. In and out parking initially was challenging having to park in a deck that wasn’t attached to the hotel and having to engage homeless people on several occasions. Probably won’t be back to this property despite being loyal Hilton customers.

Excellent staff members! Property was clean and in generally good condition. Signage for elevator key cards would be nice, no one told us and we spent 5 minutes in the elevator trying to figure it out. Parking for this area is absolutely terrible and no signage to let you know ahead of time.

I found a bed big in my room. Told the staff and was told to email the ops manager no response. I found long black hairs in the shower and the toilet was also not as clean as I think it should be. My concern was about the bed bug. I had to come home and make sure there were none in my bags and that itself was a chore. I know it’s likely sometimes but never had an issue at the Hampton. This was a first and a last for me.

The staff was amazing, inside the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately a very busy weekend and ine elevator was down. So after concert it was a line to get to our rooms.

In my room it was a King Size Bed; however, there was a piece that stuck out on the right side of the bed by the wall that I kept hitting every time I walked by the bed; also, when I sat on the bed it made a sound like something broke; 3rd: the bed was awful, hard, not comfortable, pillows were too flat. Air conditioner worked tooo well, I set it on 67 and was so cold I turned it up to 73 then it would get hot, so I would turn it down. This was a game all night long. The staff was wonderful, clean room, breakfast was great, however, I didn't like the limited parking. only 1 handicap spot and that was out front free from 5 pm - 8 am. Maybe take up the loading and unloading spots after a certain time for more guest parking that want to park close and not walking in the dark to get to the hotel.

The cleaning staff did not make up room daily. The Transportation Service advertised was no longer in service. They advertised that up to a 3 mile radius of travel was free or complimentary. False advertising. The clerk assigned front desk was always absence from Station.

Throughout my whole stay at the property it's been a whole bunch of issues , from my toilet not working the first day , to being lied to about maintenance coming in at 5pm to fix it immediately, my ac or heat not working at all after that . Paying almost 500$ for 2 days at a "5star" hotel and not have any working condition thing that comforts your stay is very concerning. On top of that 20$ parking for a "first come first serve" parking ON PROPERTY you would still have to pay for to get access to is beyond Ridiculous and overpricing when your already spending a lot of money for your stay . WILL NOT BE BACK .

We flew in for a show at the BOK center and it was literally a minute or so walk to the event. Also our flight got in around noon and we were able to check in earlier than expected. The staff were excellent.

Centrally located. Good amenities, hot breakfast, grab bags for breakfast, cookies , access to coffee. Clean and spacious room with a refrigerator. Did not have a microwave.

Hotel was convenient and walkable across the street to the BOK Center. Breakfast choices were not good for an upscale hotel. Parking next to the hotel was good. No dark roast coffee at breakfast and when they brought it out it was so diluted it didn't taste like coffee. Bed pillow were small and uncomfortable and i only got a few hours of sleep because of this.
