Mid-century modern masterpiece with a new pool! Professionally designed with retro decor throughout. New primary bath & oversized shower. New ventless gas logs for cozy winters. Convenient to everything - Southern Hills, Gathering Place, downtown, Utica Square, Brookside, Route 66, EXPO Center, and 3 hospitals. Perfect for out of town or in town guests. Pool is heated April through end of October. Please read all safety guidelines. This house is totally groovy!
