Pousadas in Tunisia

"Great quality hotel, high end for Tunis. Very pleasant staff as I spoke only English, not Arabic or French. Had no problems conversing with front desk, room service or breakfast staff. The hotel was very safe as it sits on a hill looking down on the Tunisian Dept. of State and multiple embassies. I suspect it is used by diplomats as the security around the property was of high quality. The restaurants are very good. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I ordered room service one night with a nice bottle of Tunisian wine. There’s also an English pub where you can get a beer and there wias always be a Premier League game on the TV. The smallest of negatives is that it is a bit isolated but unless you stay right downtown you need to use the Bolt app to get taxis no matter where you are in Tunis. It was only about 15 minutes to the airport or 20 minutes to Sidi Bou Said, which I would recommend as a side trip for lunch or dinner. If you are a business traveler or want to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown, I would definitely recommend it."

"Professional reception and check in. I contacted the management for some requests and they were positive and responsive. I appreciated highly their kindness. I had higher expectations given my VIP access/reservation. The hotel is an amazing one, but needs some further renovation including the elevators. I like it overall. "

"Solo age 29 canadian for 4 days, was looking to relax after a long trip around Tunisia. My all inclusive experience is one time in Riviera May and another in Punta Cana. Crowd: 90% old retired French people.. not a party or family hotel.. i was down for it as during the day it was peaceful around the pool to read. Oh and they play old french music all the time to satisfy the crowd, that sucked hard Pool/beach: Pool was fantastic very big and clean..lots of chairs available and in good condition. Beach is nice sand is soft but big oops tons of algae on the shore made it look bad (early october)..some other hotels nearby did not have any Amenities: Basic all inclusive activities but enjoyed the tennis as there were many courts.. but cant believe i had to pay 25 TND for a hour in an all inclusive.. cmon.. The big upside is the spa it is obviously the heart of the resort..much higher quality than anything else the hammam experience was amazing and there are so many options. Gym was too tiny/minimal Food/drinks: No free "à la carte" restaurant for an all inclusive is a big downside.. but the buffet was good always found something nice.. it is mostly tunisian influenced food which is good but not the biggest variety. Dont expect pork in a muslim country. Also drinks is a disaster i suspect the bartenders never drank in their life.. they were clueless on proportions and juices arent in the fridge..oh and they dont work with a bracelet you need to sign an invoice each time..?! "

"Great stay at Radisson. Good breakfast and room service Nice and large pools. Beach area is great too. Great views from the room. Room was large and spotless. Only minor issue was that I had to wait for 20 minutes to get the room when checking in at 2pm. But it is not really hotel fault. I realized that hotel sent me a message the day before my arrival to ask me what time I would arrive, but I did not respond as my phone was offline."
