Good location, good service
No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement.

Overall very good but check in was 1hr after published time and there was confusion about the payment, we received 3 emails to say they had taken our money - unnerving as it felt we were being overcharged. On our return home we will be double checking our bank statements

Unfortunately, we were given a dirty room and of course we were not happy. The receptionist was also not very friendly. She didn't even tell us what time breakfast was, I had to ask. After we changed rooms, I can say that the cleanliness was ok and the room was comfortable.

Albergo essenziale
Albergo con le camere in una residenza per studenti, dove ci sono delle zone comuni di condivisione. Le camere sono semplici e funzionali, c’è una terrazza in alto che ti permette di vedere Torino dall’alto. La colazione è essenziale ma alla fine c’è tutto quello che può interessarti. Ci hanno offerto 2 drink come benvenuto, peccato che la birra era acida, e nonostante averlo segnalato, non si sono scusati. È presente anche una palestra e una stanza di coworking.
