The team is always warm and welcoming! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is terrific with choices for everyone. The gym is well-equipped and clean. We did not appreciate being required to provide personal information to access the hotel internet.

The spa was closed. We booked this hotel for the spa. Our room was super hot. Sink was clogged. Nothing like the pictures. Breakfast was horrible and scarce. The bed kept separating while sleeping. 45 min walking distance from center. Horrible experience.

We loved our month stay at the DUPARC Suites and are already talking about going back! The front desk, reservations, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very polite, patient with our language differences, accommodating, etc. We were well taken care of! Their restaurant, breakfast and especially dinner, is excellent! We had a great stay and greatly appreciate being given an extremely spacious suite with a full kitchen and washing machine!

The staff, both at the front desk and the restaurant, are very pleasant and accommodating to English speaking guests! Excellent stay at Duparc Suites. We were allocated a lovely, large apartment with views to the river and park beyond. Slight issue with the main bathroom sink which was not draining properly, which i reported but the staff were unable to resolve due to the bank holiday weekend, which was understandable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location about 5 mins walk from the tram stop.
