"Great are , close restaurants, walking to historical area. Nonparking that was a minus, had to walk 15 mins to closest parking which it was great walk, but prefer if they had parking."

"A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"

"Reception staff, Xenie, was so keen to find interconnecting rooms for our family. Also offered earlier breakfast so that we could manage to quickly eat to catch our flight."
