This is a lovely aparthotel - an apartment building converted into little short-term rentals. The studio was cozy and had everything you need for a short stay, including some kitchen utensils. The location is really convenient and close to everything. One thing to note is that all communications were via Whatsapp or the Bob W app/page. This worked out well for me, but be aware that you need to log on to get things like the key code and room number.

I like the rooms and facilities and the great location on Market Square. Also surprised at how quiet it was. The elevator stopped working on the last day, but that was the only drama.

Fantastic studio rooms. Nice treats. Great coffee, quality chocolate and toiletries. Pulls out all the stops with gym passes and yoga classes. But for me falls short on providing reassurance with their keyless entry system and poor WhatsApp communication. For ,e I prefer a key and if 24/7 contactability is offered it has to be guaranteed.

Had everything we could want as well as some thoughtful additions we didn’t think of. Bob W. Really makes an effort to make things”green”, supportive of local businesses. We appreciate his efforts! By the way if you’re not familiar with parking in Finland, You can park on the street, and pay for parking overnight (no charge) and into the next day.

World friendly, great value and convenient
Our room was a very convenient, clean and thoughtful place that looked out over the main square (but was not noisy). Bob W has partnerships and promotes local artists, businesses, breakfast partners and even a gym. The products used are organic and world friendly. I only wish it had a place to sit as we waited for our room to be open. Nevertheless, I’d definitely recommend it and come again.

Brand new hotel with great location
The check-in process was a bit difficult and I had to contact Hotels.com a couple of times to get the online check-in done. However, after that, communication was excellent by Whatsapp. The room was brand new and had several small gifts for us. The pillows could be firmer but otherwise everything was excellent.

Excellent. More than I expected. It felt very personal without it being manned by a reception. Questions over WhatsApp were quickly managed, friendly and efficient. Apartment/room was full of locally made furniture etc, with info about them. My only gripe was the linen could have been softer. Felt a bit tough. Maybe it was new…?

Trevligt boende i absoluta centrum
Trevligt boende på central plats invid torget. På 5. våningen hördes dock inget oljud. Fräscht och fint rum. Snyggt badrum. Digital nyckel som fungerade perfekt. Saknade inte reception. Frukosten på Fazers café var god och tillräcklig. Andra frukoststället (Naantalin aurinkoinen) hade dåliga öppethållningstider. Tyvärr blev vi inlåsta i hissen två gånger. Sista kvällen och morgonen fungerade hissen inte alls. För övrigt kan vi varmt rekommendera Bob W.
