"Bathroom tub had paint in various areas either had been painted previously and it was coming off or had been spot painted. Under the sink had chipped paint and partial divider from previous construction. Floor wasnt clean, had pieces of mud and other things stuck to foot when got into bed that we hadnt tracked in. Initially when first opened the door, it smelled as though someone had pooped in the bathroom and the room lingered of a poop smell for a while. Bed was comfortable."

"Very pleasant people here and love older motels built in the 1950's and 60's. Classic green/pink tiles in the bathroom. They accomodated our request for a quiet room. Sadly, some booking sites state breakfast is included, which is false. The owners are working to correct this and they do offer coffee in the office and there is a quaint restaurant next door that is open for breakfast."

A very clean, cozy, comfortable, and quiet little retreat!

"This was our second time staying and we enjoyed it even more. We were familiar with the little house and were able to "settle in" more quickly. We love the rural atmosphere and appreciate that the host is near by if there are any needs. We feel very much at home when there."
