Spacious & clean in a great neighborhood
Stayed here with my family of 4 and had plenty of room. The 2.5 bathrooms was a nice feature and the location was perfect for visiting with family in Santa Ana and Orange.

Wonderful Stay

Being that this was our first rental home for vacation, this rental was everything we needed and more! Beautiful home, very clean, awesome location to shopping and restaurants, and had plenty of amenities to get our family through the week. Claire and Chi had great communication and responded quickly to messages. We had such a wonderful experience!! Will definitely stay here again with my family!!

Amazing house, great hosts, and perfect location
My wife, two little ones, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Claire and Chi's place. They were incredibly nice and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. The house itself was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The location was great as well - it was conveniently located near a number of restaurants and grocery stores, which made it easy for us to grab a quick bite or pick up any supplies we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic house for my family and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Our Great Vacation Experience
Claire and Chi's home is located in a quiet, well established neighborhood. It is a brand new home with all the modern and upgraded appliances and amenities any one could want. Every room looks as if it came from Better Homes and Gardens. We enjoyed just talking and lounging in the home. We hope to get another opportunity to stay here again and we recommend this home to anyone looking for a Great Vacation Experience.

Quiet, clean, and cute!
We stayed here when going to Expo West and it was a nice, quiet, clean place to be. Decor is simple and beautiful, which we loved. Nice kitchen. Place felt very clean and had comfy beds. Owners were great, and nearby if needed. The only challenge was that the heat system is very different for upstairs vs downstairs. We were a bit cold downstairs when the temp upstairs was where we wanted it. But we never mentioned this to the owners so we can't really complain. Overall very nice and would stay again!

Amazing home, location, and hosts!
I cannot recommend this home enough! My family and I rented this house for our vacation in California, and it was the perfect place to stay. The rental is in an amazing location with great places to eat, coffee shops, grocery stores and malls all within a 5-10 minute drive. The house is very clean and organized, with anything you may need. Claire and Chi answered all of our questions, always responded timely, and personally helped us resolve any problems that arose in the house. They were also so gracious to accommodate us when our flight home was cancelled. If you are looking for a phenomenal home to stay in while exploring Orange County or greater SoCal, this is absolutely the best place to stay! Thank you Claire and Chi!

Very Modern
Gorgeous home! Very modern design with a fantastic kitchen. This house has two bedrooms and three bathrooms with one downstairs near the kitchen. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom which is a big plus for us. The linens and towels are all clean and very fresh. We had a little trouble with the keypad when checking in. It is a dark, flat panel and sunlight glare made it hard to see, so we had trouble entering the correct code. It worked very well once we finally figured it out though. We were in town to visit family and I hosted dinner and brunch. The space is open and really comfortable. Claire and Chi were wonderful hosts. We would definitely rent from them again.

Brand new house and very close to highways!
We did a very last minute booking and Claire could accommodate us well. The house is brand new and well equipped. Claire lives next door and they were very helpful sharing some local restaurants. Will def stay here again when we come to OC

This is our second time staying here but this time we stayed with our three girls and they felt very comfortable and like they were at home. We were give. Full privacy by the owners but they were readily available when needed. Kitchen and laundry is top quality with all the essentials we needed. The area is also great for walking around the neighborhood as there is a trail close by. Thank you Claire and Chi

Competition Ready!
We came to Irvine for a sports competition for our son. Claire and Chi's place was perfect! Quiet neighborhood. Albertsons grocery and restaurants nearby. Parking in driveway was very convenient. Spacious open concept 1st floor with well stocked kitchen and large island. 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs was perfect with two bedrooms both with en suites. Comfortable beds. Newly renovated bathrooms with wonderful waterfall shower. High end shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Convenient washer and dryer upstairs next to bedrooms with everything you need. Claire and Chi went the extra mile for us and put in black out blinds in our son's room so he could rest and nap before competing in Finals each night. The bedrooms do get bright when the sun comes up. If you are checking in at night, use flashlight option on your cell phone as it is a little hard to see the numbers on the keypad to enter them. AC worked well and kept house cool when it was hot and sunny outside. We will definitely be back! Thank you Claire and Chi!!

Perfect Home Away from Home
My fiancé and stayed here for 2 weeks and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was spotless and well stocked of cleaning supplies, and just about anything else you could want - from cooking and baking accessories to an air fryer! The beds were extremely comfortable and the WiFi was always fast without issue and the tv was easy to work. They were even so kind to let us use a guest profile on Netflix to watch our favorite shows. Claire and Chi were always extremely responsive and even had great recommendations for the area like shops and walking / biking paths. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well kept and we loved going on evening walks. It really felt like home and we can’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful Home
Love the quiet location, close to shops, restaurants and easy access to freeways. Felt like a second home, very clean and modern. Chi and Claire are very responsive. We loved our stay so much that we were hoping to stay a week in October but dates were unavailable. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Clean and sweet neighborhood home for a small family
This listing was spot-on, down to the plants pictured, and it was spotless, which was very important to us especially during this time. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the couch. Another reviewer had mentioned that the owners lived close by but we never saw them. The home is located close to all the major freeways and we appreciated all the amenities in the house.

Wonderful stay in Tustin family of 4
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were super easy to communicate with since they lived right next door. One night we needed delivery options for dinner because we were so tired from Disneyland. The property was exactly as the listing. Cleanest drinking glasses we’ve ever seen 😁 Beds and the bedding were really comfy! Great location to Disneyland…about 25 min drive. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we would love to come back and stay again!

The property was just like the pictures and in great condition. The owners stayed in contact to make sure we had everything we needed and when they had work to be done they made sure it would not disturb us. The property made it easy to get to all of our activities. This was way more of a home than hotel stay. We go back every couple of years and I know where we will stay next time.
