"Really comfortable beds and clean room. good location overlooking the Trent and lovely riverside walks. Didnt have a room at the front so our view was of the air conditioning unit, so not to good. rooms at the front would have great views. Good indiand restaurant nearby. For what we paid I was well satisfied and would stay again"

"A great, cute and quiet retreat, which I regrettably only stayed in for one night, as I enjoyed eating my takeaway pizza (rock'n'roll) sat out as the sun set and listening to the wildlife. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again, recommend."

"What can i say we love staying here when we come down to Lincoln, the staff are always friendly, nothing is to much trouble, and our dog Archie loves it as he gets spoilt by the staff with alm the biscuits and breakfast in the morning "
"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money "
