Un lugar con muchas áreas verdes para que jueguen los niños, su alberca es grande y limpia, sus medidas de seguridad y limpieza por la pandemia fueron adecuadas. Recomendaría al área encargada de la limpieza de las habitaciones realizar una limpieza profunda de los baños y usar aromatizantes, no olia a límpio y del área donde se cuelga la ropa estaba polvoso.

Los servicios son muy buenos, las habitaciones son modestas pero con una buena relación de precio. La alberca es muy agradable y el ambiente muy familiar. Cuenta con un restaurante con un sazón y servicio muy buenos. Cuenta con canchas de tenis, una palapa y un embarcadero que pueden ser aprovechados por los huéspedes. Me agradaron los alrededores ya que esta en un punto muy tranquilo de Tuxpan.

El hotel en si esta bien cumple con las 3 B para unos dias de descanso, me hospede 3 noches donde el clima y la traniquildad del lugar es perfecto, NO APTO PARA EXIGENTES, lo único que le hace falta es mantenimiento en las instalaciones ya que se ve algo deteriorado a pesar de estar catalogado como 4* como la iluminación(focos de diferente tonalidad luz fria y calida), blancos (toallas de baño desgastadas). atención y servicio de recepción y meseros muy bien , atentos y precios accesibles en alimentos con buen sazón incluye desayuno, justo lo que necesitas para una escapada de fin de semana

En general fue buena la estancia, el personal muy amable pero las sabanas de la habitación estaban sucias y nos percatamos que no fueron cambiadas diario. Adicional no cuentan con el suficiente personal para el servicio de restaurante, eran 2 meseros para atender a todo el hotel y tardamos mínimo 45 min en tomarlos las órdenes y otros 30 en servirnos, deberían de mejorar esto.

El hotel es lindo, buena ubicación. El problema es el servicio de desayuno “gratis” tardamos 2 horas en ser atendidos y los meseros no tienen buena actitud. En cuanto a los cuartos todo se escucha de la habitación, es un hotel familiar. En una habitación que se ocupó había insectos.

La estancia estuvo bien, dan un trato cordial todos los que trabajan en el lugar, es un hotel cómodo y cuenta con todos los servicios. Está limpio en algunos aspectos pero puede mejorar para que sea bueno y hasta excelente en ese rubro

We had a strange event we kept a beautiful cap in my room and it disappeared the room then I make a complaint in reception and receptionist checked by cleaners but never appear the cap then the next day the cap apper in the restaurant. Just the hotel should caution with the cleaners and more security attention in spite the rooms.
