the property was fine. there was some construction on the property and the noise was not pleasant. a comfortable chair was lacking in the room. however the pool and surrounding patio was nice and enjoyable. the staff was great.

I booked this trip to treat my family to a relaxing weekend. We faced an unpleasant welcoming from the staff, who had an elitist attitude towards us. They were unfriendly and very impolite. The room was not pleasant due to the cleanliness. White lines looked very unclean, with yellow stains all over. The only positive was the good location of the hotel.

We stayed the night. Food was good. Rooms were nice but not very clean. The floor made our feet brown with dirt. Staff was nice and if you want pool towels take ID with you.

The hotel has a great architectural design and is a gorgeous background for some cool pictures. The lifts work with a magnetic card, so that's good for safety and security. The rooms are spacious and have decent amenities. The location is conveniently located about 20 minutes on foot to downtown and a 10/15 minute drive or 20 minute bis ride to the beach. The buses go right by the hotel.

Lo que puede mejorarse es el proceso de check inn, tardamos 25 minutos para que nos atendieran, solo habia una chica en recepcion, eramos 4 personas en la fila. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que, aun cuando el costo se habia pagado previamente en la app, te piden tu tarjeta de credito fisica y le toman todos los datos de la tarjeta, numero, fecha de vencimiento y cvv para registrarlo en su sistema. Nunca me habia pasado esto.
