"The woman/owner checking me in was very nice. She carried my bag downstairs to the room. The room was big, had a stove and refrigerator. And , it had a huge window with a glass that had design on it to prevent seeing through. But, at night she left the light on outside that shines through making it difficult to sleep! The bed was comfortable. There were other rooms, I wonder why she didn’t give me a room that didn’t have a bright light shining into it. When I left at 7:30 in the morning, no one...

"This hotel is average. Clean, but average. The interior of the hotel is loud with echoes of every noise. Outside rooms will hear the street traffic, inside ones, the echoes. Not really any services or amenities. Probably would stay at another location in centro if visiting again. Close enough to the main street and services and restaurants, but would look for more comfort and amenities next time."

"Nice place to stay for relaxation and natural beauty. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property has lots of little interesting spots to explore and a nice library. It could use some maintenance and updating but everything was fine. The meals served at the hotel were ok. Massage was inexpensive and good. The pools are not very warm but the mineral water felt good on my skin. "

The restaurant is open all day offering local dishes which are all freshly cooked, so expect a little wait but it is worth it. The only remark is incorrect information in the description regarding distance from El Rosario Monarch Butterflies sanctuary.. it says 14 minutes.. it is actually 55 minutes with Google maps."
