Clean hotel. We did have problems with the heater not working in the room but after two phone calls to the front desk they eventually put us in another room with a functioning heater.

We got kicked out becuase there was urin on the bedding. We had a baby tbat peed when his diaper was changed and a person with a medical condition and got kicked out. They were extremely rude and belittling.

My only complaint was that there was no drinkable water. They had a small decorative jug of lemon water at the front and a jug in the workout room that was empty. We had nowhere to refill water bottles. Seems like a common theme in hotels though.

The breakfast may need improvements. I saw treats, sweets, sugary everything. Sugar packed yogurt (no plain yogurt), super sweet waffle mix, sugary cereal (no whole grain or bran flakes or just plain cereal). There wasn’t anything gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, or healthy at all. This was very strange. I did notice that people weren’t eating most of the strawberry sugary yogurt anyway, so why not implement a few healthy options for people who don’t eat 60 grams of sugar per meal?
