"heb afgesproken met vrienden voor eten en drinken in Alkmaar en woon zelf ver weg. Dus 1 nacht verbleven. Dat is prima gegaan. Leuk is dat je nog duidelijk sporen ziet van de vorige bestemming van het gebouw. (Gevangenis) Alkmaar is trouwens ook wel een mooie stad om te bezoeken met traditionele ..."

Lovely and different
"Lovely different hotel. A bit confusing as you walk in because the fake reception has a female mannequin but the building has a lot of character. The breakfast is ok. Didn’t use the spa and the village is absolutely lovely and only a 20ish mins bus ride into Amsterdam"
