"This is our second time staying at the villa. Last time was in 2019, this time we came in for New Year's Eve. The view is still incredible and the main attraction is the beautiful extended wrap around patio that was filled with plants and strategic lighting at night. While I know Catalina is tourist heavy, I didn't expect the island to be as busy at it was this time of year, and some businesses and restaurants were closed for the season, making the ones open pretty crowded, so for a few dinners...

"Stayed with some friends over the weekend and had a great time. Very spacious, somewhat older house but still very beautiful and homey. Easy check in and easy to use the golf cart and everything else. Our only complaint was it does get warm even mid september with no AC. They provided fans which was great but something to think about if staying in summer months. Besides that it was a great stay! "

"The location of the property is amazing. The views were great. I did feel I overpaid for the stay as the house was outdated and it had a old smell like the carpet hasn't been washed in a long time. The TVs in the house were ridiculous and don't function at all. The plumbing should be updated as well as the sink in the master bedroom did not work. Overall the location was amazing but that is all you are paying for. The house needs to be updated and cleaned properly."
