"Wonderful rejuvenation of a 1931 Hotel, keeping true to its era but with all the necessary modern touches for a great stay. Meal was excellent and staff exceptionally friendly. "We had the best time at Crystal Creek. the property was just set in most beautiful surroundings that offered us all to get back to nature and revitalise by just Relaxing & doing almost nothing. Walking distance to a great water hole where all kids and adults can enjoy, visiting and feeding the animals was amazing, spending time by the fire, looking up at the night sky & star gazing. being so close to local amenities, yet felt like a world away from all the rush of modern day living. "We had the most relaxing time at the Binna Burra lodge. Our stay was over new years eve and we had four nights in one of the Sky Lodges (studio). Room was just great with stunning views, and enough facilities for us to cook our own meals (we did some shopping on the way). The bathroom is great, and we enoyed a big bath (with a view) a couple of times during our stay. There is a lovely bar (open on Fri/Sat only) and the Teahouse is a good option for dining as well. The walks are amazing, with an abundance of wildlife and many tracks to chose from. Only about 1 hr from the Gold Cost, it is very accessible with recent upgrades to the road making it an easy and comfortable drive. They are currently constructing a new hotel (after the 2019/2020 bushfres), and we will definitely be back to see the result of this new build. Loved every minute. Thanks"

"Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology. Different experience for us from our normal hotel/motel stay but we loved it. "
