Dont waste your money like we did. There was sand & some oily stuff all over the floor. The bath tub shower combo had hair & the shower head is caked up with grime. The filters & return are covered in dust & dirt. The stove (didnt use) was dirty too. The countertop is broken. There is no sofa, its a daybed trundle- not comfortable. There is no smart tv so dont think about streaming. The slider door is broken & wont lock. Everything inside & out is covered in rust. There was broken umbrella & screen on the patio. The toilet is super low. Under the vanity is pretty nasty too. The bed frame covers the inside window. Its very noisey, you can hear every step upstairs. The unit is the 1st one on the corner of every walking path (stairs/hallway/entrance). The “beach” is some dirty river water with 0 waves. Many of the vacationers were packing our stuff and going somewhere else to beach. Parking is $4 an hour so no savings there. The lighting is broken, there are electrical cords & mirrors everywhere. You get 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. The AC does get cold but only in the “living “ area. Prepare to sweat in the bedroom even with the barn doors open. The AC is on a schedule so if you leave it will go back to 70 or 73 before you get back. We did text the owner and after a few texts the house keeper came in & washed out the front of the vents & mopped with a towel. That did nothing & it was awkward. We left 1.5 days early. We asked for a refund -that was not happening! I do have pics
