Stayed here for our family vacation. It was perfect! Location was perfect you could walk to the beach and downtown in just a few minutes. Neighborhood was quiet and the house was very homey! We would stay here again!

Super convenient, perfect layout
The home was perfect for our children, and friends that range from 24-33. It was exactly.42 miles from door to waters edge. Also, the one level ranch with carport and nice backyard was perfect for people who bring their bikes or outdoor gear on vacation. No hauling up steps or figuring out where to park 3 cars. The screened in porch was used every morning and evening. We loved the home, and would buy it ourselves if it were to ever go on the market and we could afford it. Very quaint. Loved our time in this home.

Easy access to area
Loved location. About 5 blocks to downtown/beach and only a short walk to the tybee river side for sunset. We walked to beach and dinner most days. Would recommend early booking for gold carts as there’s only 1 location on island (if you were thinking I’ll get one when we get there). Property was clean and roomy. Would recommend!

Just what we needed
This was a fantastic house for my family. Everyone has their own areas with tv’s for winding down after a day at the beach but had ample space for being together to eat dinner or hang out. I would definitely stay here again.

At first I asked questions on message, they did reply very well then when time came closer I asked question about gas grill , they said have there and I asked about coffee maker, they didn't reply for awhile. When we arrived we discovered there’s charcoal grill, not gas grill. Very disappointed. And they told me keys should be there on counter, its not there. I called guest service. They said will drop it off but didn’t. I asked about gas grill they didn’t inform the owner. Their communication not great with us. We will not rent that house again.
