This home features a screened in porch with a ping pong table, an exposed deck with a grill, outdoor seating area and hammock, an expansive backyard with a fire pit and seating, a fully stocked kitchen, a large family and dining room with a smart tv, and shared washer and dryer! This property is the perfect family beach house!

This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 Queen beds and 1 King bed. This home boasts an expansive backyard with a fire pit and seating area as well as a back patio with a grill and outdoor dining set. The screened in porch has a ping pong table that connects with french doors to the open concept living area.

Please Note** The Sandy Feet Retreat is a two unit duplex. This is the listing for the upper unit, Unit A.

There is a driveway located inside the white fence of the property that can accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Please make sure to park in the designated parking area for Unit A of the Sandy Feet Retreat. The driveway for unit A is located off of the dirt road on the side of the house, when you pull in you will see the staircase to the porch as pictured.

Parking spaces located outside of the white fence are public and metered to the city of Tybee. Parking is strictly enforced by the island so please ensure to park on the property to avoid parking tickets or fees.

This property is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so you have the luxury of being able to walk to your desired destinations!

The Sandy Feet Retreat (Unit A) is located on the south end of Tybee Island and is one block from the beach! Located by the Tybee Island pier, Pier 16 Restaurant (a favorite local spot for lunch or dinner) surf shops, bars, gas stations, and ice cream shops! You can't beat the location of the Sandy Feet Retreat.

Free parking is available at the property. Once you are settled in, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island!

However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so you do not need to purchase transportation if you do not wish to!

Parking on the island is metered to the city of Tybee.

This unit is a duplex, this is the listing for the upstairs unit (Unit A). Please keep in mind that there are guests staying below you. We ask that you are mindful of this, and keep noise volume low between the hours of 10pm--8am out of courtesy for the guests in Unit B of the Sandy Feet Retreat.
