The room was great. It clean and perfect for an extended stay. Our staff was so pleasant, each and everyone who was there greeted us and asked if we had any needs. All were friendly and cheerful. We definitely will make another reservation here!

Both at check in and check out I stood there with my young daughter for so long before someone actually helped us. I get that people get busy, but this just seemed the hotel didn't staff properly. We ended up getting a room that was close to the outdoor firepit. This was not a good idea. I was woken up at 11pm, 12:30am, and 1:15am by very very loud (and probably drunk) hotel guests. I finally called down to the front desk around 1:15ish, and they said they'd handle it, but the noise didn't really stop until around 2am. Just one of the most unpleasant sleeps at a hotel.

Breakfast food was basically gone around 0730 and not replaced for at least 45 minutes. Not sure why we pay for uncovered, un protected parking when anyone could just pull up and park for free.

Residence Inn was really nice and a good place
It was fine. Mattress was maybe a bit soft and bed low. Not sure why but we were given a room for a disabled person. Could be why.
