Все очень хорошо
Отличное месторасположение отеля. Центр города, доступны в пешей доступности многие объекты. В отеле есть возможность получить различные полезные процедуры. Все очень хорошо.

Встритили на ресепшене, дали ключи, и отправили искать комнату. Никакого инструктажа по пожарной безопасности, не где эвакуационные выходы не сказали. Схемы тоже нет. Номер неплохой, чисто. Нет холодильника, мини бара. На потолке проводка гофры и тд все обшарпоно можно было этотвсе закрыть. Не было одноразовых зубных щеток. Ресторан закрывается в 16.00 еду уже не закажешь и не поешь. Решил воспользовать фитнес центром как написано, в итоге убогий не доспортзал в падвале, модно заблудился пока выходишь. Вообще не рекоммендовал бы

Очень хороший отель, приветливый персонал, отличная кухня. Снизила оценку за комфорт из-за горячей воды, которой по утрам нет (в 7 утра по крайней мере), приходится принимать душ комнатной температуры и плохо уходит вода в душевой, стоишь по щиколотку в воде. Позже ситуация нормализуется и горячая вода появляется. Ремонт в помещении свежий. Матрацы и подушки удобные. Белье идеально чистое. Персонал во всем идет на встречу. Полотенца меняются ежедневно, душевые принадлежности обновляются по мере необходимости. Завтраки сытные и вкусные. В ресторане меню ориентировано на правильное питание.
