"Restaurant staff are poor for a five star property. No greeting upon arrival. Don’t show where one can sit. Acute shortage of waiters…. I had to inform staff that certain items ran out. Overall service was very poor 5/10. Great improvements needed. Didn’t see any restaurant manager or supervisor"
