The hotel is very new and everything about the hotel is great: excellent staffs, room is big and clean with in suite washer/dryer is a bonus. Will definitely stay again

I loved the proximity to universal and it was Nice being right on city walk as it had a great atmosphere and a variety of restaurants to choose from. The bunk room was great and we even had a partial view of the park. Lots Of amenities in the room and comfy beds. The onsen on site was handy but I think they should give guests one free pass to it. I didn’t like the lobby setup or check in. It was very impersonal and the whole building is a bit dull. Would stay again though due to room comfort and location.
