"We were disappointed with the accomodation. The photos show an apartment with a beach view and far more updates. Unfortunately this was not the case. We hardly had even a pool view and the apartment was outdated and shabby. On re-reading the description it does note a pool view but we hardly even had that. "unfortunately, our stay in the Cabarita apartments was quite average. We were given mixed instructions to check-in and wasted an hour when we arrived trying to work out how to check-in. The property manager was difficult to contact. The locks and keys to the apartment were old and difficult to open. The apartment and property were quite old and tired. "In the bathroom a large part of the frosting on the window was missing so people from the walkway outside could see directly into the entire bathroom. We had to wedge a towel up into the window to cover it so we could use the bathroom. Also there was water damage on the roof in the shower with a hole and black mould. "Great location. The unit was ok. Over cluttered with Balinese artefacts. Hard to walk without bumping into something. The layout impractical. TV did not pick up reception. Couch faced door and not tv. While we enjoyed the Santai resort as always, the unit managers just need to factor in length of stay and supplies provided. Wouldn’t hurt enhancing the quality of products; very basic and skimpy. Minimal supplies for a 4 day stay for two people. "
