"What a stunning property. If you are coming to Ulcinj, strongly advise staying in the Old Town: the most beautiful part of town with spectacular views. This hotel is an excellent choice. The property is lovely, with a beautiful terrace on rooms level where we sat having a drink at our private table. Several terraces on the main level & outdoor restaurant tables. The pool area is nice (although the water chilly in April). Room #A2 quite comfortable, views out to the sea, with a separate entrance...

"Booked a premium room with twin beds and 2 single beds received a room with only a pull out couch and a bed. Which was the option for less money. "

"I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."

"It was a nice hotel, but the ad on Expedia isn't accurate. The "spa" was only two hot tubs on the roof that were out of order. There was no sauna like in the pictures, and no massages or anything offered. Also, the "second pool" was just the shallow section of the one, not especially large pool. I should also mention that the wifi and the main power to our room kept shutting off. I don't know if this was a problem for the whole city or just our hotel, but it went on for the entire trip and...
