"I was looking for a quiet place to hunker down outside of America, to be able to use an internet connection and get done with done. I found friends, a warm welcome, and so much laughter despite not speaking the same languages. I think my 3 week stay will be forever remembered as one of those transformative moments of my life. Note: the property is not in downtown Ulcinj but in a nearby town Donji Štoj. The house mailing address system is not quite compatible with Vrbo and so it shows as downtown...

"The room was much smaller and impossible for 3 people so I had to rent another room. During the stay we found on multiple occasions multiple cockroach and by day 9 we left the property by having a cockroach walking on my body. Get the place cleaned up and I am requesting a refund"

"Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property. On arrival there was no one on location to receive us. There was no signage, and we had to rely on the profile pictures to know we were at the correct location. The building was shuttered close. Trying the door, it was locked and no one answered the bell. We tried calling the contact number but received only a voice message. "Truly Amazing! - next level accomodation.Before arrival I received a lot of useful information about the local area in terms of grocery stores, beaches, restaurants etc.Upon arrival we were met by the very nice host Marco, who gave us precise instructions and time to ask questions.The house was well cleaned, well equipped and having our 'own' terrasse in direct connection with the river was a very unique experience.This place is no less than awesome."
