Very friendly place. Recommend to all!!! Stuff service was top notch. Place is clean. Even has stuff to do for kids and adults. Anything from water slides, to nightly performances. Some things you have to pay for. Not included in a price of the package. They use all kind of payments. From local money to visa, master card. Lots of different languages around. Stuff understand most of them. Enjoy!!!

If you have ever been to a real 5 Star all inclusive resort you know this place falls quite short of the expectations. From a faulty shower that leaked all over to our bathroom floor and flooded the room, to never refreshing the bed sheets or leaving little things to make the trip extra special, to having the most complicated dinner reservations for their non buffet restaurants that left us frustrated and on the brink of tears from being sent back and forth between guest relations and the host stand, the expectations of coming to this “5 star resort” can come to a halt after your first night there. While overall I wouldn’t say it was a “bad” experience, the level at which I expected swandor to operate fell quite short. There’s plenty of which they need to work on before calling themselves the highest level of service. I wouldn’t come here again but if you’re looking for a semi nice hotel I would say I guess you can come here if there’s really no other better options. Disappointing to say the least but at least I tanned and pet some kitties.

We absolutely loved our stay with my 3 year old niece! Although busy, never seemed crowded! The employees were all absolutely fantastic. We will be back!

Best resort I been exploring

Stayed 2 days at Rixos downtown. Ceyla M. has been amazing and very kind throughout our stay and has been a great help. We wished we stayed longer. The food was amazing and service was first class. We will definetly be visiting this resort again.
