"I spent a lovely week at this property with my family, including our 4 children. We all had a wonderful time, 100% beach life as the house is only 200mt from the sea. The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children. "The property was great, and the covered balcony was fantastic with a nice cool breeze - it is where we spent most of our time. Short walk to a beautiful beach, and a really nice swimming pool in the complex. And Constantino was a terrific host - he went out of his way to help us."

"The apartment was ok but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the glasses and cutlery. The smell was also musty and having a family above was loud. The property was beautiful and so was the pool. The town of sperlonga is incredible "
