Welcome to this beautiful 70-square-meter apartment located on the ground floor of a house with two rental apartments and a fantastic shared pool. Our property is situated in the village of Vilanija, just 5 km from the wonderful city of Umag.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, and a satellite TV to ensure your comfort and entertainment. The dining table with chairs will allow you to enjoy meals together or organize game nights and fun activities.

The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings. You can rest peacefully and wake up refreshed to fully enjoy your vacation days.

The nearest restaurants are Nono and Bokun Kantina Melon in the nearby village of Petrovia. The closest grocery store is located in the village of Petrovia, 2 km from the house. For larger grocery shopping, we recommend going a few kilometers further to the more convenient supermarkets in Umag, such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, and the cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag Promenade, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center, visiting the newly embellished square with a fountain, shopping in the downtown stores, or visiting the beachside stalls and playground for the joy of children.

To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are various recreational opportunities in the Umag area, including tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, water sports centers where you can engage in activities such as water skiing, diving, boat rentals, an adrenaline park for children, and a mini-golf course at Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village. For cave enthusiasts, the small and marvelous Baredine Cave is just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world, only 60 km from Umag. The coastal cities of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can be visited with organized tours. Various boat trips, such as "Fish picnics," are organized, offering the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad while enjoying a picnic with fish or meat. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia Water Park, located 20 km from Umag, and the Funtana "Dino Park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and both kids and adults will have an exciting time. * Use the apartment's equipment with caution and care.
* Upon departure, empty containers and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
* In case of any damages caused during your stay, please inform the owner immediately. After a careful assessment, the owner will request cash payment for the costs before your departure.
* Please communicate your expected departure time to the owner at least one day in advance, so they can arrange key handover.
