"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Great stay, very spacious rooms, good location. The staff are excellent - can’ remember everyone’s names but Lidya and Utami were lovely. Just a few minutes walk to Seminyak square, and there's a Mini Mart about 3 mins walk in the other direction. Staff are awesome. Relatively quiet area. I was in one of the studios upstairs - the rooms are huge and so the AC struggled to get the room as cool as I hoped. Great outdoor area with a daybed which gets a great breeze."

Feel totally relaxed. The spa in the resort property across was great too. The stay could have been better if the hut had all basics - like dental kit, kettle, teabags etc we which we had to ask for. "This was good value at the discount we got for 7 nights. Property is older but nice, the private pool was excellent! You do need your own transportation or use Grab etc, we rented a motor scooter to get around. Melasti and Pandawa beaches are nice and we were here for a wedding so it was very convenient for us.
