Slightly older villa but still upkept well and lovely staff. Very spacious and well valued! 10 min easy walk to a Main Street with lots around. Would stay again ☺️

We stayed for 5 nights and had an incredible Villa down the end of the property. Great pool and great set up. Having a scooter also allows you to have easy access to Bingin (12 minutes) , Uluwatu temple (18 minutes), Nusa Dua (20 minutes) and Sundays beach Club (10 minutes).

I just want to say I had a wonderful experience. I spent my 28th birthday. I am from the US first and foremost. I just want to thank Holly. She is such the sweetest person ever anything that I need to help with. She accommodated me very well if you want a peaceful vacation This is where to stay very luxury, and I made the best out of it my first time in Bali and I can’t wait to come back book the trip.

This property is tired. There needs to be some money spent rejuvenating it. There is a small reception area, no restaurant, not even a small one. There is an area above the massage rooms, which would make a wonderful dining/breakfast room. The massage by two young girls was fantastic and the room was lovely. We found a boutique hotel virtually next-door called the Nagara, it was really good with food and ambience/pool and their rooms are great. This works well along with staying at the Villas. The villas are very spacious, private and comfortable. The area it is in , is the real Bali, busy road, walking paths not good or present. The staff were polite and friendly and booked taxis etc for us.

What a disappointment. Whatever you do, don't book the 2 room executive villa. It's a run down, gross excuse for a room. When booking you see all the beautiful rooms, blue pools and greenery. If you book the 2 room villa your heart will sink the moment you walk in. Pool is green, walls are like prison walls and the bathrooms are windowless and dark. Skip breakfast, it arrives cold and icky...walk 3 min down the road to the cute cafe instead. I would have loved this place if I was in any other other room that they show on the website. But sadly our room was not. You would think the executive 2 room villa would be impressive, but it is like a motel 6. Pool not even swimable. You don't even want to hang out in the living area. Staff is friendly and no fault of theirs. Owners need to renovate this room or not even rent it out until it is fixed Some of the other rooms we saw were beautiful, just make sure you dont book this room.

Not too bad of a place, short Grab rides anywhere. Little outdated & you could hear the neighbour villas pretty clearly with a shared wall. Front desk was very helpful for anything needed, waters, rides etc.

While we would stay at this property again, at the time we stayed Jan 8-23, the property was under reopening renovations. The lobby, restaurant, spa and several villas we're either not open or we're actively being worked on. Our villa had been competed and was quite nice, of note is their large size.

As soon as we walked inside of our villa, immediately noticed stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. Curtains on top of the bed were dirty, stained and ant infested. Bathroom was poorly designed, the shower head is in the middle of the bathtub, which I might add was dirty and the edges of it was dirty as in it needed a good scrub to get rid of. The water from the shower head splashed down the floor of the actual bathroom and i’m not talking about a little bit of water, you might as well think you are showering on the bathroom floor. Little tiny ants were always crawling around the walls or floors. The only clean part of this villa was the pool. Not sure if other villas in this property are better but I highly doubt it. Front desk employees are very sweet and helpful with anything you need. Would not stay here again.

Nice villa but could use improvements

The Avery Le Nixsun Villas has great potential to be a five star hotel, however there were some key details that were lacking. There was no minibar, replacement of water bottles, or options for in-room dining service/massages/etc. Our room was also not cleaned on the second day so we were left with plates from breakfast and no fresh towels. This may have been our fault as we decided to spend the morning in the pool and missed the opportunity for this. But there was no follow up when we walked through reception. For the positives, the beds were very comfortable, the TV had Netflix, and the design of the villas was interesting. Great for kids to play hide and seek or racing. The location was very convenient. It was only a 20 minute drive through GoJek to Uluwatu and a quick 5-10 minute walk to the main street. There is also a waterpark nearby that was cheap which was great to spend an afternoon at. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to stay at if you are comfortable with having no additional luxuries. I suspect that the affects from COVID are still being felt by the management of this hotel and I hope that eventually the it can reach it's full potenital.

Villa 2 in schlechtem Zustand. Mehrere Fensterscheiben gerissen bei der nächsten Erschütterung fallen diese aus dem Rahmen und könnten jemand verletzen. Moskitonetz konnte nur an drei Seiten befestigt werden und durch die vierte Seite kamen die Moskitos rein und haben uns zerstochen. Küche in schlechtem Zustand da würde ich nichtmal Kaffee kochen. Haben die Unterkunft nach einer Nacht wieder verlassen obwohl wir 5 Nächte gebucht hatten. Es wurde uns eine Gutschrift zugesagt. Mal schauen ob wir diese bekommen

Le lieu mériterai en effet un coup de rénovation. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’hôtel est assez mal situé, pour aller au centre de Denpasar compter minimum 1h de voiture. Wifi de très mauvaise qualité De plus le spa n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais bien à côté de l’hôtel (Rien d’embêtant mais il ne faut pas mentir sur la marchandise). Le lit est confortable. Pas beaucoup de moustique (Heureusement étant donné que la moustiquaire n’est pas fermé) Vous avez bien une villa avec piscine privé dans un cadre fleuri.

蚊が多い

ロッカーを開けると蚊が10匹ほど飛び出してきた。　蚊帳も形だけで蚊が入ってくる構造。 朝食もこれだけと思うくらい貧祖。これで２，４００，０００Ｒｐは高過ぎる。6回目のバリだが最低。 日本人はこの蚊、ハエには我慢できない。ロケーションも悪い。
