"This house was clean and well set up. Matresses could be updated but were still fairly comfortable. Listing indicates that there is a hot tub and cabin bedroom and includes pictures of those amenities, but we discovered after booking that this was only available at an additional cost. This is misleading. Overall the house fit our needs and had what we needed to make our trip easy and stress free."

"We stayed at this property as a family, the location as a home base to explore cannot be beat. The property was clean, and although work was being done to the exterior when we were there, everyone was so friendly, it was hard to mind. Be aware this is an old house, and the steps are steep to the upstairs. It would have been nice to have was some sort of guide to sorting the recyclables. I would recommend a stay here, and would stay here again."

"When we arrived and walked in I knew I had found the perfect cottage for our trip to PEI. We loved the history of the home, the grounds and farm fields surrounding it, and of course the hot tub. We were able to do all things “Anne” and then some and this was a relaxing retreat to come back to. Owner was very kind and very responsive. We would highly recommend this place!"

"We were 4 couples and wanted a house that had ensuite bedrooms. This worked. It is an old house with lots of charm and clean but the vanity in our room really needed to be replaced. The doors had fallen off and the sink was all stained. A couple of the mattresses needed replacing. They caved in the middle. The owner was very reachable. "Much effort was made in making this a very welcoming , relaxing, and comfortable vacation home away from home. Lots of little extras, 2nd story deck to see ocean front and sunset, beach stuff, 2 bicycles. 1st floor barbecue and seating area to wnjoy breakfast watching the birds fluttering about Fabulous walking beaches, the water was lovely to swim in. Fish packers store to get fresh lobster, nice bake shop, a number of restaurants, pharmacy etc make this an area and cottage one we wish to...

"This was a wonderful cottage to stay in for the family (2 adults, 9 year old and 12 year old). The location was close to Kensington and Cavendish (about 25 minute drive). The cottage was well equiped, extremely clean and tidy. We loved the hot tub option. The sea food store at the end of the drive was great and offered lots of island variety! Driving/location instructions were easy to follow and Katie was great to communicate with! We had a great vacation!"

"A beautiful rustic home, ocean breeze was amazing, kids could run wild without disturbing neighbors. The beach was fantastic and we found so many treasures. Swingset up the beach was a great suprise! Sunrises and sunsets were perfect and smores by the fire was great. Everything we needed was there...minus toilet paper."
