Only complaint was allowing weekend day trips by local groups of men, who were loud and allowed to drink beer in the main swimming pool while families and kids were trying to swim, no one from the hotel challenged their behaviour and it felt intimidating. "First of all my stay itself was nice. My problems were- my room was not ready after I had corresponded with them weeks prior and they had asked my arrival time; which was 15:00… Secondly, a male staff member just unlocked & opened the door without knocking to my room as I was in it. He apologized and said he had the wrong room, but that was very awkward and I am glad I had clothes on ! "

"Amazing stay it was so relaxing. Great welcome Davy made us feel so at home and provided anything we needed. She was just fab a great asset to the business.
