This large, 3 story Victorian house is perfect for your large or multi-family vacation. It's also an ideal setting for your next family reunion! Choose to hideaway and enjoy the peaceful landscapes on property, read a book in the house's private library or take advantage of all that southwestern PA and Ohiopyle has to offer just minutes away!

Summer days filled with swimming in a private pool, hiking, biking or picnicking on the hilltop plateau with fire pit...it's view will take your breath away. Catch morning mountain sunrises, spend a lazy day sipping your favorite refreshment on the wrap-around porch and enjoy the western sky sunsets from the private plateau. Then, dream the nights away in one of four cozy bedrooms---each one with a personality of it's own.

Wonerful Spot
The property was just as described, and just what we needed. We spent the days in the pool and the evenings by the fire pit. Very well stocked with almost everything you need. We were here a couple years ago and I hope to return next year.

Perfection!
This property had absolutely everything we could have needed. It was a beautiful house that celebrated it's history and the love this family feels for their legacy. The pool was so clean and lovely. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. This property is truly the most well-cared for house that we have ever stayed at. We will definitely be back next year! Beautifully charming spacious Victorian home sitting on 70 acres with surrounding orchard. All the amenities of home filled with antiques and memories of a by-gone era. House is minutes to restaurants shopping and state park. Highly recommend.

Great for reunion
Charming Victorian near Ohiopyle, Kentuck Knob, Fort Necessity, etc. Worked out perfectly for a family reunion. Very well stocked kitchen (but bring your own favorite spices). Pool was great even though it was chilly; the teenagers didn’t seem to mind much! A few of us walked over to Klay winery (it’s that close) but it’s far safer to drive.

Victorian Orchard Charm and Character
My family and good friends (including two pets) spent a glorious September weekend @ the Victorian Orchard - and it does live up to it's name - a Victorian styled house in terms of character, furnishings, and charm! It is also very comfortable and well maintained. This spacious house accommodates a large group (We had 9 adults) with ease. We plan to return - taking in the beauty of Laurel Highlands!

Great house. Lots of room. Beautiful property.
What a great home. It was just like it was described. Lots of room for all of our family. We were even able to enjoy the pool because it was such a warm October day. Make sure you walk back to the remote fire pit. Easy walk and such a peaceful place to enjoy God’s creation. We saw deer close to the house. Ended the evening enjoying s’mores. Great visit and made lots of memories. Would stay here again.

Victorian Orchard is awesome!!!
What a wonderful property from the fully stocked kitchen to the spacious rooms to the kid's activities to the swimming pool to the hike to the mountain top to the fire pit for night time s'more making.....and best of all the wonderful porches to sit outside and enjoy the summer weather and each others company. We were warmly greeted soon after our arrival and there were notes everywhere to help us find what we needed.....could not ask for more. Absolutely fell in love with this place and all the history and uniqueness of each room. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend it and would love to visit again.

Great place for a peaceful get away
The description of the property was spot on. The location was great with a lot of things to do from golfing to biking to trap shooting. The owners were great to work with. You have to get to the upper fire pit - it is an amazing view. Should be aware that the place has mice and although the owner is trying to get rid of them - it is in the country and they are having a hard time. Recommend washing all pots and pans prior to using them.

this property was full of character and charm. the vintage house is full of nooks and crannies with surprises in most of them. from classic old magazines to board games, even some Charlie chan dvds from the 50's the house has something for everybody. there are hiking trails on property and two fire pits for outside gatherings. the pool is the only concession to modernity and it is a welcome one. we had a great stay and would recommend it highly..

Family reunion
We were very pleased with this property! The house was spotless when we arrived. Our 4 sons, wives, grandsons were there. Eleven in all. Our two older boys live in TX and OR, so we wanted to show them what we love about PA! The weather was cooperative; the pool was nice and honestly, this stay helped galvanize our family experience and was the background for a picture perfect vacation. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful Older Style Farmhouse
Over all my experience was good. My group and I were not aware the pool was under construction when booking, with the hot weather we were looking forward to the relaxation. We also experienced an alarming number of ticks when walking around the property. We would have appreciated a warning. We loved the beautiful wrap around porch.

It was perfect
I usually write a detailed review, but honestly there is not much to add to the previous reviews. Everything written here is completely accurate. The property is lovely and well maintained. Everything you need is there. There are 5 bedrooms plus extra sleeping space if needed. The owners are friendly and immediately responsive if there is any issue. The pool was of course the big hit for everyone in the family. I highly recommend this rental property.
