"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"Had a lovely relaxing break with my partner and another couple. We stayed Friday-Sunday. Lodge was beautiful and clean. Hot tub was excellent and got cleaned whilst we were there. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"We stayed three night in the garden studio and it was great. We were provided lots of information prior to our arrival. Paul met us when we arrived and showed us around. The garden studio is lovely. Very comfortable bed room with a table and chairs. Well Stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils, a single ring camping cooker if you want to cook. They provided breakfast foods for us which was a lovely touch. We really liked it and the location is great, two minutes from the town centre. Great for...

"Lovely log cabin in a beautiful setting - unfortunately we arrived late due to traffic problems and had to leave early the next day, so did not get to fully appreciate the idyllic setting and surrounding areas - hope to return again to fully appreciate the place"

"Our stay at Plas Y Ward Log Cabin was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was spot-on, close to all amenities, yet felt beautifully secluded and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, Liza and her husband were there at a moment's notice whenever we needed them, and nothing was ever too much trouble – they made us feel so welcome! The cabin itself was incredibly cosy, with all the comforts we could have asked for. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars each evening...

"Honestly , was the most beautiful place . So many small touches from the home made scones to the hand held mirror with the lighting . The grounds are beautiful , so peaceful. The bed was so comfortable , falling asleep under the stars. Dean and Stephen really did go above and beyond - so friendly and gave recommendations for places to eat and visit which made our visit even better ! Loved it !!! Highly recommend ! "

"My partner and myself stayed here for 2 nights. The pod it's self is tidy, clean, small kitchenette with microwave and toaster, also there is a breakfast hamper, the fridge is stocked with the basics. The pod opens out onto a beautifully kept Japanese garden with Koi pond. Ian and Caz are great hosts and are at the end of a text or call if there are any problems. There is also a hot tub available which just topped off this amazing little retreat. Myself and Darren will definately be coming back....
