"Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. We made it work, but worth noting if you are like me and just assumed there is a kitchen! It's really more like a glorified hotel suite than what I think of as a...

It reminded them of the farm property they all grew up on about 50 miles away in Independence. "Nice location, only about a 1 mile walk to Kinnick. There also is a good restaurant right across the street and plenty of other restaurants, groceries, etc... within easy driving distance. Public rooms in house are not big, but a surprising amount of space in the bedrooms. Owner also found something someone in our group left and worked to return it to us, which was very nice."

"This is a great home to stay in. My wife and I, teenage daughters and in-laws all stayed together. There was plenty of space to spread out. Lots of nice touches to make the house feel like a home. Location wise was fantastic! I felt like everything we needed was within 4-7 minutes away. I highly recommend this home for your next stay."
