"Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "I can’t recommend Hallstatt Hideaway enough! I arrived early and was able to keep my luggage with staff and checked in later. I had the most beautiful spacious room with a view of the lake that was breathtaking! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing delivered to my room with so many options. Hotel is steps away from the market and main shops and dining. I will definitely stay here again! "

The view from the balcony was outstanding. The two things I would consider negative: - the room was not very spacious - no air conditioner. The fan provided made noise all night "
