"Nach der Vorauszahlung schrieb mir Frau Vogler, dass Sie vor dem Urlaub noch einmal auf mich zukommen wird. Darauf wartete ich jedoch vergeblich. Auf Nachrichten und Nachfragen meinerseits wurde nicht geantwortet. Ich hatte keine genaue Adresse und wendete mich in der Früh des Anreisetages an den Betreiber der Ferienwohnung. Frau Vogler antwortete dann um neun Uhr, die Nachrichten seien in ihrem Spam Ordner gewesen. Das kann passieren, jedoch hätte Sie, wie vor angekündigt, einfach schon Tage...
