The whole property is recently renovated. The room was spacious with indoor and outdoor sitting areas and a private spring-fed bath overlooking the hot springs and surrounding mountainside. The staff was very attentive and anxious to please. We definitely recommend to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

This is hotel is wonderful. I loved having a private hot spring bath in my own room. The dining experience was a nice mix of western and Japanese cuisine, all perfectly prepared. The location right next to the Unzen National Park cannot be beat. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and spoke perfect English. Next time I will stay longer because the rooftop lounge is the ideal place to spend a whole day relaxing, reading, and enjoying the nice view.

Location is perfect. The staff are very polite and friendly. The room is very spacious and the dinner they serve is of excellent quality. The only regret is that the in room onsen is a bit small and they do not provide big bath onsen.

快適な滞在でした！
高齢の両親との滞在でしたが、細やかなお心遣いがあり、快適に過ごせました。離れは気持ちの良い露天風呂を楽しめたのが良かったです。フリーのスパークリングワインのサービスも良かったです。地獄めぐりもすぐ近くで朝のお散歩にピッタリでした。ラウンジもゆったりしていて、オススメのお宿です。
