"Love the staffs and surrounding area. The hotel design is a bit eerie though. I’d prefer not having the big vases looking at me while I sleep lol. The bathroom is only designed for family use, so if you travel with friends or coworkers, it might not be too ideal."

"Top quality resort. 90 minute Hot stone Massage was the best I ever had, special thanks to my masseuse. Tour was easily booked for a day cruise on HaLong Bay. Fantastic staff from the front dest to the cheery cleaning crew."
