"The ventilation system contributes to other room/ hotel guest bathroom smells wafting into your bathroom and there was an unfortunate smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room, which is supposed to be a non-smoking facility near multiple hospitals where patients and their families try to find respite. Front desk didn’t call back to help with the cigarette smells."
