The room was small and smelled like Indian food and cleaning products. A\C heat didn't work properly. There was no blackout drapes for the window and a large parking lot light was just outside our window. The staff was uninterested. The outside of the property smelled like weed all the time. Just a terrible property.

The property was conveniently located near a shopping center and near the movie theaters however the property was under some construction. Looks like they’re remodeling some of the floors but other than that the property was nice.

Of all the hotels that I’ve ever stayed in, and believe me there have been many as my children are in club travel sports, this was the dirtiest most disgusting one I have stayed in in years. If I could share pictures I would because I took some to share on Google. And I have never left a negative report or review About a hotel before. The first room smelled like smoke we had to be moved. The second room was missing towel hooks hairdryer holes in the baseboard pubic hair in the bathtub cracks on the corners of the wall. The list is endless. It was disgusting. I would never return , or suggest this location ever.

The property itself was unconstruction the second room was much better than the first one. I was grateful for the associate for putting me in a room that wasn't half complete for lack of a better way of saying it. Also I didn't request a handicap access room? I was told that was what was in the reservation. That is not what I choose it was a non smoking queen bed period. I saw the other and deliberately didn't pick it. I never do.

The room was absolutely filthy as was the entire hotel. It is under renovation and should not charge as much as they did for the stay. I told the front desk about the dirty room and explained that I cleaned it because I didn’t have time to be switched to another dirty room…they offered me a bag of chips.

The staff made many errors with my payments and receipts. I was given other guest receipt from Singapore with my UK address on it. Their payment machine debited me twice. This really affected my budget during my stay. I could not do any shopping because i was made to overpay them for over $1,200.

I understand the hotel is under construction but we stayed for 2 nights. 4 people but we’re only given 2 towels and 2 bath clothes. When asked for more the staff informed us they were out and the staff didn’t get in until 9am the next day. Hallways were dark and creepy. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor pool was decent but no pool towels which was inconvenient due to reasons stated above. We’ve stayed here in the past so the negative reviews prior to booking didn’t change my mind about booking but I see now why they are rated so poorly. Will not be staying again

This hotel is disgusting. It is health hazard. Room had a big cracked wall, damaged and carpet was almost black and full of stains. I don’t understand how a place like this still operating. Walls are covered with spills and stains. Elevator door is rusted. I don’t recommend this place to stay in it for a minute.

I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds for four guests, doing so 10 days in advance. However, upon check-in, I was informed that only a king bed was available. This was quite disappointing, as I had specifically arranged for two beds. While the receptionist was polite, they couldn't accommodate my request, which made our first night uncomfortable. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Door lock did not work after three attempts by desk person to re-key; had to request and pickup additional towels from front desk; inadvertently left shoes after checkout and attempts to call the hotel was frustrating (kept getting the same recorded message over and over) after many attempts got through to a live person who said she wld check and get back to me. Never heard from her and was unable to reach her or any one else again. Finally gave up on ever seeing my shoes again.
